Wagging Dog Productions Returns Policy
We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened DVDs within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in PRISTINE condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the disc is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
Please email Returns with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged disc, please check here first for a possible solution. If the problem persists, please email Returns with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptl

Wagging Dog Productions delivers DVDs worldwide. We endevour to ship all order received by 2pm AEST the same day (if the products are in stock).
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
Australian orders are sent by standard Australia Post .
Postage costs are automatically calculated when you go through the checkout process.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Overseas orders are divided into the Asia/Pacific Region and the Rest of the World.
Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
